The spectacularly scenic Shawangunk Mountains await us - an invigorating morning Hatha/Anusara yoga session outdoors with a certified instructor followed by a hike along picturesque trails and lakes, a picnic lunch alfresco and then a relaxing wine tasting at one of the local Hudson Valley vineyards.

Join us for a morning hike in scenic and pictureque Harriman State Park followed by a fun afternoon of apple picking and wine / cider tasting at a local winery and orchard in the foothills of the Hudson Valley.  Includes continental breakfast and picnic lunch.  A great way to spend an autumn day!

Come join us for a day of bicycling touring on the historic and scenic Delaware & Raritan Canal Towpath alongside the picturesque Delaware River.  No hills here, just nice flat and scenic paths with plenty to see.  All equipment provided or bring your own.  We will top off the day with a stop at a beautiful 'castle' vineyard for an educational cellar tour followed by and extensive wine tasting.  Trip includes continental breakfast and picnic lunch. 

Black Rock Forest is a little known gem in the Hudson Highlands known for it's great hiking trails and woods roads, panoramic viewpoints, placid reservoirs and historic connection with the American Revolution.  Wine tasting at vineyard post hiking.  Includes continental breakfast and picnic lunch.

Bearfort Mountain is a glacially carved ridge that offers spectacular views from high above 7-mile long Greenwood Lake and is also one of the most picturesque ridges in all of NJ - a longtime favorite destination of hikers since the 1930's.  Wine tasting at vineyard post hiking.  Includes continental breakfast and picnic lunch.

With a full moon overhead, experience the outdoors as all your senses become alive.  Hiking at night is a totally different and exciting outdoor experience.  Afraid of the dark?  No worries, headlamps will light our way.  Awesome campfire and marshmallow roast highlight this nighttime adventure.

Whitewater Rafting Class IV-V on the Housatonic River

Tackle the intense whitewater of Bulls Bridge Gorge.  These rapids are among the most challenging in the Northeast.  No experience necessary as expert guides will steer your raft thru the gorge.  All equipment provided and enjoy a three course meal post rafting.

Whitewater Tubing & Waterfall Hike in the Catskills
