Harriman Park Night Hike |
![]() Ever wonder what it’s like to hike in the woods at night? Want to feel like a kid again? Well, the kiddies are done with their fun and the traditional trick-o-treat, now it’s our turn to have a little fun, get scared (or scare a friend or two), and eat some treats of our own. We will drive out to Harriman State Park for a 'spooky' post-halloween night time hike on woods roads and moderately rolling trails - totally away from it all. Yes, it will be very dark, but it’s highly improbable that we will see any monsters. With a ¾ moon above us, we will don our headlamps and flashlights and hit the trails. We’ll hike for about 4 hours with a long stop for a campfire and marshmallow roast and perhaps a ghost story of two. |
